Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered on certain items.
As we mainly sell hats and apparel, we cannot accept returns on hats due to potential exposure to allergens, making them non-resellable. For this reason, some items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please note:
Headwear and Drinkware are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Apparel may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
If you receive an item with a defect or quality issue, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it, as long as it includes the original packing slip. Once we receive the return, you’ll receive store credit via the email used at checkout.
Final sale exclusions: Sale items, limited edition drops, and holiday collections are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping and any costs for reshipping.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and request.
